Mary is a professional housekeeping manager, with many years of hands-on-experience under her belt. She has managed the day-to-day running of luxury homes on a highland sporting estate. Her role included maintaining the highest standards expected in the main estate house, handling bookings and housekeeping for holiday cottages, organising hospitality, lunches and dinners, administration, liaising with contractors, and general management. Mary also creates simple, yet delicious lunches for sporting parties and special occasions. Her friendly, no-nonsense approach has ensured that this Heather Belle's client list is ever growing.
Vicky has a background in media, marketing and entertainment. She has managed her own bespoke private dining service, working with clients at luxury properties around the world. She also runs Acoustic Wave and has organised bespoke events in the wildest highland locations! As a Heather Belle, her role is to provide support with coordination of special events, bespoke requests, and our in-house marketing.
